Spam mail from out source

Server mail ques showing sender which is not created the user in server and from this id is sending to list email id's i think this is out source of spam and how do i stop this...?

  Hello, Could you search for one of the offending messages in /var/log/exim_mainlog and let us know the output? Here's an example of a command you can use:
  exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
  You can replace "MSGID" with the message ID listed in the header of the queued message. Ensure you post the output in CODE tags, removing real domain names and IP addresses. Thank you.
