Updates are controlled by Home " Server Configuration " Update Preferences You would need to set : Daily Updates Operating System Package Updates Apache SpamAssassin" Rules Updates to 'Never update' - or remove the cron job for upcp. I cannot emphasis enough what a terrible idea it is to disable updates. This will quickly leave your WHM/cPanel and it's underlying OS open to bugs and exploit vectors. A much better idea is to leave the updates running and send the output of upcp to
    >/dev/null 2>&1
although this would give you little chance of debugging a failed update or upgrade. The best idea is to filter this email into a separate folder on receipt so you have it available but don't have it cluttering up your inbox :-D

Hello, This is answered on the following thread: How to stop upcp cron emails? Remember the email notification will also alert you of an update failure, so you may want to reconsider disabling the email notification. Thanks!
