Horde not authorized for Mail error

I am getting following error while accessing the Horde webmail User xxx@xxx.com is not authorized for Mail I have tried updating cpanel /scripts/upcp and tried /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update_horde_config. But both options are not helped. Server : Centos 6 WHM : 58.0

  Hello :), Have you checked your mail account status ? Might be your mail account is suspended and due to that you are facing this issues.

  Have you upgraded cPanel/WHM recently or migrated the server/account ? Maybe the Horde database is corrupt. Check if its corrupt then repair it. Command to check Horde database is mysqlcheck horde

  Hello, Please browse to "WHM >> Mailserver Configuration" and let us know what's configured for the "SSL Cipher List" option. It's possible you are using a custom entry that's resulting in the reported error message. Thank you.
