Apache Limit Connections

Hi, I want to limit connection on apache. I'm using Cpanel/WHM 56.0 (build 29) Apache 2.4 PHP 5.4. Is it below tutorial can be use? - Removed - Please advice. Thanks.

  I saw some tutorial show using mod_limitpconn in apache. Possible to implement with cPanel? If possible does cPanel have good tutorial with it?
