554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect.
Hello,
Recently i have shifted my one server to other server and some customers are unable to send mails on some domains, Their mails instantly bounced back with this error message
:
host mx1.example.com [46.31.xxx.xx]
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect.
No issue with other domains like hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc.
My server has proper reverse DNS checked the SMTP on mxtoolbox and tried a lot by googling but no luck.
Please suggest.
Thank You.

Hello, The message suggests the remote mail server is blocking connection attempts from your server. I suggest contacting the administrator of that mail server directly to determine why they are blocking messages from your server's IP address. Thank you. 0 -
