Process stalled while it processed statistics and bandwidth data

My VPS server keep generating emails about stalled processes. Can someone tell me what it means and ifg possible what is the solution. Subject [server.mydomain.com] The process "/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/perl /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/awstats.pl -config=userdomain.me -LogFile=/usr/local/apache/domlogs/userdomain.me.bkup -update" stalled while it processed statistics and bandwidth data for user "user". Followed my a table if information about the server status. Thanks.

  Hello, You can review /usr/local/cpanel/logs/stats_log to see the specific reason the statistics processing stalled. It's likely related to a load average higher than the configured value for the following option under the "Stats and Logs" tab in "WHM >> Tweak Settings": "Extra CPUs for server load" Here's the description of this option: The load average above the number of CPUs at which cpuwatch, cpanellogd, backups, and CPU stats consider the system to be in a critical load state. For example, a server with 4 physical CPUs and a value of 2 in this field will be considered "critical" in these cases once the load reaches 6.
