cPanel options do not display properly

The home screen on cPanel displays as it should but any indivdual options are definitely not displaying correctly and many options and buttons seems to be inoperable. For example, mySQLdatabases looks like this: Some pages don't display anything. I had not been using cPanel for a while and cannot think of anything that changed from the last time I used it. This occurs on all browsers and computers I have tried.

  Hello, It looks like a broken theme is assigned to the account. Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Please report this issue to your web hosting provider if you do not have root access so they can take a closer look and determine the cause of the problem. Thank you.
