Email admin when user changes password

Hi there, Could someone help me, I would like get a email when anyone changes a password, cpanel mainly. We have a very small server and want to keep track of any of these sorts of thing so we have them on log. The way I would like it to work is, User changes password -> Emails user (as normal) & Emails admin with same email. Thanks!

  You can use Shadow file to see the last modified date. Check out this article: - Removed - You can set up a cron job to see if the file is modified.

  In your cPanel, top right corner is your username. On that menu select Contact Information. There, you'll see this:
