Generic TLD Score Increase for .download, .top & .science

With the dramatic increase of spam coming from the .top generic TLD and several others as seen here: The Spamhaus Project - The Top 10 Most Abused TLDs what I would like to do is increase bayesian / spam assassin scoring for several of these generic TLDs. Has anyone found any ruleset they have found to be successful regarding this?

  I went ahead and built this out which should do the trick for those looking for a ruleset for this.
  cd /etc/mail/spamassassin wget https://ultracdn.ultrawebhosting.com/downloads/generic_TLD_dt.cf /scripts/restartsrv_spamd /scripts/restartsrv_exim

  I have made some modifications to the ruleset and they may be found here free for all:
