Restore large backup files in cPanel

hi guys, usually i never ask this kind of question but since the latest WHM 58.0 (build 12) i think i need to learn new things about how to backup and restore. How do you think a best way to do backup and restore big account files in cPanel? usually i use two commands only in SSH ./pkgacct <--- to backup file ./restorepkg <--- to restore the backup file each backup files around 30GB-50GB.
