How to limit http download speed of ZIP files

I would like to throttle the download speed of certain files for some apache virtual hosts. Anyone know how to easily do that?

  Hello, There's no native feature that will allow you to throttle the download speed with Apache. However, you may find the the "mod_limitipconn" Apache module suitable for this purpose.
