In the page: SSL Storage Manager I have an SSL certificate and "nobody" as the owner, and I can't remove it in any way, and therefor can't add a new certificate to the system.

Hello, What error message do you receive when attempting to install a new SSL certificate, and what particular method are you using to install it? You can find the location of the SSL certificate with a command such as:
    find /|grep $domain.com.crt
    Thank you.

It says the certificate already exists on the server. If I go to the SSL Storage Manager, I get: Owner: Nobody Then I have a key/certificates Then I can't delete/remove it. How can I find the domain for nobody? :-D

Could you verify what method you are using to install the certificate (e.g. "WHM Home "SSL/TLS "Install an SSL Certificate on a Domain")? You can this this command to find instances of the certificate on the server:
    find /|grep $domain.com.crt
Replace "$domain.com" with the domain name you are attempting to install the certificate for. Also, feel free to take a screen capture and attach it to your post so we can get a better idea of what you are seeing. Thank you.

Ok, I managed to solve the SSL certificate issue - I was missing the CloudFlare CA root certificate. Now I'm facing a different issue: I have a "stuck" certificate for the user nobody I can't delete: 39531 Thanks a lot!

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
