EasyApache4 revert to EasyApache3 on freshinstall (whm 58)

After opening a ticket to cPanel and waiting for an answer, I've found a simple solution to downgrade EasyApache4 to EasyApache3 on a fresh install CentOS7 with WHM 58. Just do:
mkdir /usr/local/apache.ea3/
{conf,htdocs,bin} and then run:
/scripts/migrate_ea3_to_ea4 --revert --run
This "trick" isn't available on KB or anywhere on the web (I think)

    Update. After switching on the ea3 whm menu does not appear. solution.

    thanks for this, cpanel should really keep both 3+4 together why multi-PHP function is needed since many ppl use cloudlinux where alt-PHP is there

    Same think, 4 days ago fresh new server migrated all the websites to new server and he started to get crazy. Maximum load on the old server 5% on the new server jumps in secands from 5% to 25% an keeping around 5% to 15%. On the old server before migrating. # ps -eo comm,rss|awk '{arr[$1]+=$2} END {for (i in arr) {print arr/1024, i}}'|grep -v '^0 '|sort -n -r| head 3810.99 mysqld 306.254 clamd 153.207 python 140.027 sc_trans 138.254 httpd on the new server after migrate # ps -eo comm,rss|awk '{arr[$1]+=$2} END {for (i in arr) {print arr/1024, i}}'|grep -v '^0 '|sort -n -r| head 2532.94 httpd 706.379 mysqld 361.578 clamd 190.105 nginx 104.969 sc_trans 101.801 php-cgi 75.9062 named 63.9336 pigz 54.457 sc_serv 33.9336 cpanel_php_fpm 2532.94 httpd this is to much, all the websites stop working till restarting httpd...etc we should have a option to chose ea3 or ea4 when installing cpanel

    Most of the reports I've seen regarding resource usage on EasyApache 4 relate to the switch to suPHP as the PHP handler. Could you open a separate thread for this issue if the problem continues?
    why EA3 is gone so early on 11.58 while you say it will be gone on 11.60 ?
