    Hello, Please post the output from the following command:
    grep '' /etc/redhat-release /usr/local/cpanel/version /var/cpanel/envtype
    Also, do you notice any error messages when running the "/scripts/fixquotas" command on the system? Thank you.

    This is the output:

    Also, do you notice any error messages when running the "/scripts/fixquotas" command on the system?
    This is the output:
