    The specific error was: Read-only file system

    A read only file system is not the same thing as permissions on a directory. You can search for read only file system and find lots of info about it. Here's one thread on these forums: cpanel wont start Read-only file system

    i already gone through with that post. shall i execute this command? fsck -Cy /dev/sdaX
