I tested the cut and paste solution for one of my new clients and they said that it worked for them. I just went in to their configuration page and copied the entire page and pasted it into an email to the client. I manually changed the password for them (I use a generic password) and included instructions on how to login to the webmail portal to change their generic password to something unique to them. Voila! Seems to work well. Still, I wish there was an automated way to add an a users alternate email and send it to them directly from cPanel without having to cut and paste and edit the password area. Is that something that could be done? Here is the page I am referring to that I cut and paste for the client - Removed Please Attach Images to Your Posts -

Hello, One of the newer features in cPanel is the ability to invite subaccounts to generate their own password: The specific template you want to edit is named "ChangePassword/NewUser.*.tmpl". Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
