Can't find apxs

Hello, I have new installation of WHM 58 with easyapache4! I try to install mod_evasive and when I go to execute
apxs -i -a -c mod_evasive24.c
I receive this error: -bash: apxs: command not found Please advice how we can solve this? Thank you!
