No access WHM by Dominio

good personal afternoon. Again I ask your help. I can not access my WHM with dominio.com.br/whm only by IP IP / whm Mando pinging my domain and it does not respond as if the DNS was not working for him. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this? Thank you.
