How to find where 508 errors are coming from

Hey, I'm having a huge problem with 508 errors for months now and I cant find what site is causing it. I have a number of wordpress installs but I have kept them updated, I don't know if it is WP, it could be from another site. Is there somewhere to check what exactly is using the resources through cPanel? I think spam is being sent and its going through a WP site but I could be wrong. Thanks

  Hello, Could you verify when and where you notice this error code? Do you have root access to this server? Thank you.

  Hey Michael, It is showing around 80% of the times I try to access a site, its on a different server which I dont have root to, the account has 20 entry processes ( At 20 now ) and 70 processes limited - At 20. Thanks

  The default email account has 9.74gb so I am guessing that there has to be spam coming / going from somewhere to have that amount as I never use it, I dont even use email on the account at all.
