Webmail Not Displaying Messages

Hi! I have a problem with webmail. I have a user that is trying to use their webmail, but it\'s not showing any message. But if they check their mail via Eudora, or their Sprint phone, it\'s all there. tks

  Hello, It's possible the user downloaded their messages from the server via the use of POP3 in their email client. Try sending a test email to the account, and check for new messages via webmail before opening the email client. Thank you.
