Changing PHP version Issue
Alright so i want to report a bug, but i don't know how to spot it because i lack knowledge.
Its simple. If from WHM i set a website to PHP 5.6 or PHP 7, from the cPanel login it always show 5.5.38 for some reason
Thats it, hope it helps.

Hello Enrique, Which interface do you use in WHM to change the PHP version? Please provide a screen shot (with domains hidden) Which interface in cPanel shows 5.5.38 as the PHP version? Please provide a screen shot. Thank you. 0 -
Hi. I think its just a minor issue of "showing" the right version, because when i do a phpinfo.php it seems to have the right version. Here are the screenshots 0 -
Hello, The PHP version comes from the following file: /etc/apache2/conf.d/php.version
The data in that file is cached as part of the /var/cpanel/globalcache/cpanel.cache file for display on the "Server Information" page in cPanel. Note the "Server Information" page will not display the individual PHP version assigned to the account as part of the MultiPHP option. Thank you.0
