"Maximum file size allowed for upload: 0" Error

We have WHM 58.0 (build 20) on our server. In File Manager > Upload, it is saying "Maximum file size allowed for upload: 0" and we cannot upload any file. In WHM, we have set file upload to 64M and this Cpanel account has still enough disk space. How to fix this error? Thanks.

  Are quotas enabled on that server?

  same error here and yes quotas enabled on my VPS WHM 58.0 (build 20) OS : CENTOS 6.8 x86_64

  In that account's cPanel > Files section > Disk Usage, at bottom of first listing, there's a total number displayed for Quota Limit and Used disk space. What does that say there?

  Update : i rebooted the VPS and Disk Usage errors disappeared and upload working fine also, problem solved.
