Comodo Certificate Manager

We need to know where to get start, we do have an account through instantSSL and a E-PKI Certificate Manager portal. We know how to do a request in windows 2003 for a third-party certificate but which SSL should we choose from the portal. Any information would be helpful to us.   Your question seems like more of a question for support over at Comodo regarding a product, Certificate Manager, that they offer.
