Migration from Cpanel to Plesk error Incompatible ssh server

Hello, I'm performing a migration from old servers with cpanel latest version, to a new server with more and plesk latest version. The moment I enter the root credentials is released qesto error: Error: Failed to perform action: Fetch data from source cPanel Cause: Failed to connect to the the source server 'cpanel' (149.202.xx.xx) at '149.202.xx.xx' by SSH as 'root': Incompatible ssh server (no acceptable macs) That is a critical error, migration was stopped. To specify that the server installed with cpanel I can easily access via SSH, while with the tools of plesk no migration. Suggestions on how to solve this problem? Thank you.

  Hello, We're happy to help with migrations from Plesk to cPanel, however issues with migrations from cPanel to Plesk are unsupported. The error message you have referenced comes from the Plesk server. You can review their KB article on that error message, or consult with their support team for additional assistance. Thank you.

  Hello, thanks for the quick response so. This problem is not the first time that I have, in fact I had to modifcare installation by pesk to cpanel server to allow me to migrate content from your old cpanel. However, this happens with the latest updates now does not know what it depends on one configuration whm cpanel or plesk depends on new, in fact, however, happens. Thanks hope to solve keeping the installation of plesk. good job
