Global email filter unable to see directories in mail folder

Hello, all of a sudden our Global Email filters that are to deliver email to a folder in another mailboxes structure (but in the same domain) stop working. When I "Browse" to choose the folder the mail should be delivered to, it only lists actual folders under the "Mail" folders (Drafts, Junk Sent), not the symbolic folders that are created as shortcuts to all the other created addresses. I know all the symbolic folders are there, I can see them in the shell, and this has been working without issues for months before it stopped working around the 08.08 which coincides with the update from v56 to v58 the day before. Is there a cpanel update or anything like that that would affect something like this? Thank you.
