Trying to setup Amazon S3 backup

Hello, I am trying to setup a complete server backup to Amazon S3. I have followed this tutorial to the letter: https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/how-to-configure-amazon-s3-backups-in-whm.432832/ However I am getting this error when a backup is run:
The system encountered errors during transport of the backup files. Transport Backup Label Message StraatDesign_AmazonS3 System Backup Unable to send "/backup/2016-08-25/system_files.tar" to destination "StraatDesign_AmazonS3" StraatDesign_AmazonS3 bellahunt Unable to send "/backup/2016-08-25/accounts/bellahunt.tar.gz" to destination "StraatDesign_AmazonS3" StraatDesign_AmazonS3 sharperthings Unable to send "/backup/2016-08-25/accounts/sharperthings.tar.gz" to destination "StraatDesign_AmazonS3" StraatDesign_AmazonS3 straat Unable to send "/backup/2016-08-25/accounts/straat.tar.gz" to destination "StraatDesign_AmazonS3" StraatDesign_AmazonS3 thepopularmechan Unable to send "/backup/2016-08-25/accounts/thepopularmechan.tar.gz" to destination "StraatDesign_AmazonS3" Below is a preview of the attached log file. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? Cheers for your help Kim

  Hi, Please check the backup logs in "/usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup" and the "/usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter.log" file and check any particular error messages related to the Amazon S3 backup destination?

  Hello, Could you review "/usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter.log" and let us know if any additional output to this log file when the transfer attempt fails? Thanks!
