Global Email Filter with encoded Subject
I am trying to create a Global Email Filter to block email with the koi8-r character set. I cannot seem to get either "Any Headers" "matches regex" or "contains" with koi8-r. The header is below and the charset is part of the Subject.
When I paste this header in the Filter Test, it always comes back with:
Filtering did not set up a significant delivery.
Normal delivery will occur.
Any guidance would be appreciated!!!

Hello, Could you let us know the specific filter rule that you are testing? Thank you.0 -
I have tried both: Any Header matches regex koi8-r Any Header contains koi8-r to Discard message 0 -
Does it make a difference if you change "Any Header Contains" to use quotes (e.g. "koi8-r")? Thank you. 0 -
Hi, No, it does not change the difference. The Filter Trace Results have Subject: ?? ????? ??????! The results still say: Filtering did not set up a significant delivery. Normal delivery will occur. 0 -
Hello, You may find some of the examples used for filters on the following thread helpful: How can I block words in the subject line? Thank you. 0
