1. how do reseller manage and install autossl? 2. i enabled autossl in features list, but domain user didnt see any autossl configurate in cpanel->SSL/TLS

  Hello, I think you have not enabled AutoSSL for all user's domains. Please refer below thread related for AutoSSL Provide Support for Let's Encrypt Automated Certificate Management/SSL

  Hello, AutoSSL isn't a feature that's directly available to cPanel users or resellers. The root administrator can choose to enable/disable which accounts or packages receive the automatically generated SSL certificates through the use of feature lists, however this doesn't enable or disable anything in the cPanel UI.
