Cant receive email: Recipient not found
I have set up a cpanel email for one of my sites and routed the email through outlook 2016 (as I have done for several other accounts). Outlook seems to think the email is set up correctly and is able to send through a test message. I can also receive messages from other accounts I host through cpanel, but if I try to send an email from an external (gmail) account to my email, I get the following error:
The error that the other server returned was:
The account is configured exactly the same as other accounts I successfully host, what have I missed?

Do you have root access to the server ? Have you checked /var/log/exim_mainlog and /var/log/maillog ? 0 -
Sorry, not so good at this stuff. How do I do that? 0 -

So clearly this is beyond my current abilities.. I dont think I have the WHM interface, is that something you need to purchase extra? I am really confused because I configured this account exactly the same way as the previous ones I have set up and it doesnt work. 0 -
I recommend contacting your web hosting provider for additional assistance if you do not have root access to the system (e.g. if you only have access to cPanel for a single account). Thank you. 0
