The login is invalid.

Hi, I'm a newbie. Problem: Cannot log in to cpanel. Get same message "The log in is not valid" Have read several threads on this subject but cannot find the answer relevant to me. Any help would be appreciated. Advised by Crazy Domains to go to: Cpanel.mydomainname.com.au 1- I get the Not Trusted error 2- I bypass the trust message and the log in panel loads with the https section of the address bar in red and struck thru. 3. Enter login and password and get "The log in is not valid" The log in is valid, its some other error. Anyone know what I can do on my Mac to fix it? Many Thanks Steve P

  Hello, Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, please report this problem to your web hosting provider so they can verify if your IP address or account is locked by cPHulk brute force detection. Thank you.
