Problems with HTTPS

Hello, I have a site that is behaving very strangely. We use Wordpress using the Woocommerce plugin. We install the SSL certificate on the server and after a few days the site stopped working, we thought it would be a robot attacking the server. But we found that the problem was in httpd.conf We do not make the slightest idea of how to fix this file, already tried everything, already restored backup, already modified and still does not work. We use the WordPress Multisite function and have a main site and subdomain. When we try to access via HTTP it works fine, but when trying to access via HTTPS, the site does not open.

  Hello, Do you have root access to this system? If so, do you notice any specific error messages in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when attempting to open the website? Please report this issue to your web hosting provider if you do not have root access to the system. Thank you.
