Hi, The logs are showing that firewall is blocking the connection. May I Know which firewall is installed on your server ?

The chkservd process attempts to connect to "127.0.0.1:/var/run/dovecot/lmtp" in order to validate that this service is functioning. If you blocked connections with iptables or the "Host Access Control" interface in WHM, this failure may be a false positive. To resolve this issue, either open the firewall to allow connections as the root user to "127.0.0.1:/var/run/dovecot/lmtp" or disable checks for this service in WHM"s "Service Manager" interface with the "Configure Monitor Settings" link below.

Hello, Please post the output from the following command so we can help troubleshoot this issue:
    grep '' /etc/redhat-release /usr/local/cpanel/version /var/cpanel/envtype
Also, do any firewall or host access rules block connections to localhost (127.0.0.1) on this system? Thank you.

Please update cPanel to the latest version available on your build tier and let us know the issue persists: Updates FAQ - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
