    What do you have your Default Address options set to? cPanel > Email > Default Address

    I have set this to my contact address.

    So if somebody misspell the email while sending so at least it should come to us.

    That's why you're getting so much spam. If they misspell your email, it shouldn't make it to you. bob@yourdomain, jim@yourdomain, sally@yourdomain, are all misspelled emails. They don't exist, you accept them anyway.

    Correct, but mainly my users are receiving the spam emails.lets say me and my contact email address. Please suggest.

    You'd do better to contact your Hosting Provider. As a Website Owner, you're limited as to what can be done about spam. If you do have root access, you might find some useful tips in this thread: Why didn't my email get delivered? or where did my email go?
