    Hello, It looks like the upload attempt to the remote destination is timing out. You can adjust the following option in "WHM >> Backup Configuration" to allow more time for uploads: Maximum destination timeout in seconds In addition, you can adjust the "Timeout" value for the specific remote destination by editing the destination in "WHM >> Backup Configuration".     I'm having this exact same problem. I've changed the Destination and Restore Timeout values to the maximum, and changed the FTP Destination Timeout to it's maximum. But I'm still getting a whole bunch of timeout error in the transport log. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

    Have you tried manually uploading backup archives to that remote destination via the "ftp" command from your server's command line to verify if the remote destination isn't rejecting connections after a configured time period? Also, how large are the archives? Thank you.
