WHM ports in TCP_IN/TCP_OUT

Hi all, Wondering if anyone can clear this up. Why are 2086/2087 in TCP_IN and TCP_OUT but the other cpanel portals (2082/2083, 2095/2096) are only in TCP_IN? 40641

  Hello, You can find a list of required open ports for inbound/outbound traffic at: How to Configure Your Firewall for cPanel Services - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation The attached images show the question is regarding CSF. You can post questions about their application to: ConfigServer Community Forum - Index page There are cases where you might need to connect from your existing cPanel server to another cPanel server over port 2086/2087, so it's possible that rule is to account for those situations.
