    Hi, Please check to see if the domain is in /etc/localdomains or in /etc/remotedomains use below command
    grep 'domainname.tld' /etc/localdomains grep 'domainname.tld' /etc/remotedomains

    Hello, It looks like the full error output was removed from the CODE block you provided. Could you let us know the full error message by searching for that message in /var/log/exim_mainlog? EX:

Then, check to ensure the MX record for this domain name resolves to the cPanel server using a utility such as IntoDNS.com.     Ok I've made those changes and check here please [Removed - Use of Real Domain Names] Now i can receive an email inside the same domain but not outside i receive this This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: [Removed - Please post the output without real domain names or email addresses] And this account exists....also gmail account has the same result I ahve chaged mx entry to Local Mail Exchanger less " Configure server to always accept mail. Mail will be delivered locally on the server when sent from the server or outside the server.
