Howdy, Can you try it with port 2083 and https? If that doesn't work please open a ticket and we'll take a look. Thanks!

By the address in the URL it looks like you're using RVskin, is that true?

Thanks for replying. Yes I am using RVskin. I am not a developer. I am just an end user who is asked to do some manual changes on some tables by accessing database. As I can't access phpMyAdmin I am not being able make the changes. Please help me out.

Thanks Eric for replying. I am a complete novice in cPanel. I don't know how to open it with different port. Some of my friends are suggesting me to contact the server company. Do I need to ask my authority to do that? Awaiting a reply from you. Thanks again.

Look for a drop down menu somewhere on the main page of your cPanel to change from RVskin to Paper Lantern. Not sure where it is exactly, I don't use RVskin. If you can get back to Paper Lantern on your own and phpMyAdmin now works, great. Otherwise you might need to contact the Hosting Provider for that account about this.

You can change the port in the address bar. If you visit that cPanel with http:// example.com:2082, try opening it instead with https:// example.com:2083

When I am changing the port no to 2083 it is redirecting to this url example.websitewelcome.com:2083 and asking me for login credentials.

I have tried to select another option other than RVskin and it is only showing another option of RVskinlight and not any such option as Paper Lantern. :(

I recommend reaching out to your web hosting provider for additional assistance. They should be able to correct the issue with RVSkin, or modify your account to use the default theme offered with cPanel. Thank you.
