Hello
Warning: No server certificate defined; TLS connections will fail. Suggested action: either install a certificate or change tls_advertise_hosts option
I also see this message. I am using Let's Encrypt on my hostname - is there a way to fix this message?

  Hello, Could you provide more information about what action triggers this message? For instance, do you notice the entry in /var/log/exim_mainlog for messages sent to remote mail servers, or for incoming messages from remote mail servers? Have you checked to verify if the remote mail servers are using self-signed certificates? Thank you.
