How can i run .Cgi files with easyapache4

i can't run any .cgi files when i go to link website.com/cgi-bin/file.cgi i read the source instead of execute it what should i do in order to run cgi files on my website ?

  Fixed Forgot to check CGI Privileges when i create the website
