Broken cPanel Installation
Hello,
First of all I wan to introduce myself. I am Ovidiu, I'm from Romania and I am the senior admin of a small hosting business.
First of all I want to apologize if this issue was discussed/explained somewhere else. I am new here. :)
Our web developer decided to leave us a few days ago without notice and left us with a broken WHM installation.
The issue is as follows: The day after he left 60% of our shared webhostings went down without any clue about why.
The error is the following:
The following day 100% of them went down. What I am asking for ? I never worked with WHM or cPanel in my life and seeing the admin page of WHM made me a bit dizzy. I need to find a way to troubleshoot this error. What I tried so far: Checking logs. (nothing related to the downtime there as far as I can tell) Rebooting. (Hard, soft, forceful, graceful, you name it I've done it) Upgrading to the latest version(why not ?) FaQ(/scripts/upcp /scripts/fixndc) Help me please. I am the noobest guy ever when it comes to WHM but I am stuck with clients begging us to fix the services. Everyone can learn WHM and cPanel but starting it like this is no easy task. Hello, This can suggest a firewall rule that's blocking access to your websites. Dear Michael, Thank you for replying. It seems that csf is already installed and I tried flushing it without success. After I flushed it I tried disabling it alltogheter but with no results sadly... 0 -
