404 Not Found On Domain

Hi, I have a sub domain that I have pointed via WHM DNS to my EC2 server and when I try to access the account via the sub domain I am getting 404 Not Found port 80. Other accounts on the 2nd server work - Any ideas?

  Hello :), Might be there is an issues with the document root path, Please check your domain document root path and check the server logs file to find out exact root cause of your 404 issues.

  Hello, Could you verify if the issue persists? It's possibly related to DNS cache, however you can try uploading a test HTML page to the subdomain's document root and then loading it directly in your browser to verify if it's resolving to the correct location. Thank you.
