Cannot open file: No such device or address at bin/pkgacct.pl line 1472.
I Use Backup to a another server via Sftp every Sunday Morning and for the past 4 sundays since starting the backup to another server I'm getting this error with the same account.
Replace account name with X's
here is the full error log Please someone tell me how to fix this
Thank You Mitch EDITED: forgot to say: version of cpanel is WHM 58.0 (build 27) All other accounts about 18 transfer OK I checked the Backup server and there is a XXXXXX.tar.gz for the account and the size is 35,161,353,948

Hello, The output you provided does not suggest the backup generation failed for that account, but that some files were not backed up (e.g. "/home/XXXXXX/.cpanel/live-engine-connector"). Does this account utilize the Live API, or is it associated with a third-party plugin? Thank you. 0 -

I'm happy to see the issue is no longer occurring. It's likely those files existed when the backup started, but were deleted before the backup generation completed, leading to those warning messages. Thank you. 0
