queueprocd 100% cpu

Good afternoon, I've just installed a fresh cPanel/WHM on a new dedicated server and queueprocd is using 100% CPU at all times. The command in top is queueprocd - pr I've had a look in /var/cpanel/taskqueue and there are no YAML, just a couple of .json files which seem to be pretty standard. Any advice is appreciated :-)
