cPanel Monitoring - Many services down every few minutes

I am getting a constant stream of email from cPanel Monitoring saying services are down. I have tried rebooting the server, but it hasn't fixed the problem. The services are cpdavd, ftpd, httpd, imap, pop, cpsrvd, exit. I'm thinking I might have a setting wrong somewhere that's resulting in the constant failure warnings?

  Hi, Try to restart service through command line and check if getting any error. Login to server SSH client and run command service httpd restart

  Are you sure this are false warning or the service is truly going down.. try to first confirm incase the problem still occurs try UPCP.

  My web host said everything is running normally and it's a CSF problem. I wondered if it was to do with RESTRICT_SYSLOG so I disabled it and haven't had a warning email about it since.
