cPanel Sorry Page when accessing sub domain

Hi, I'm not very sure why this sorry page appear when i click onto my link. Is there any ways i can solve the issue?

  Hello :), There is an issues with your domain DNS OR with the account IP. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check this. Might me your account is setup on different IP and due to that your are getting this page on your site.

  Hello, Check to ensure the subdomain resolves to the correct IP address. It's possible the DNS for the parent domain name is handled externally, meaning you need to setup the "A" record for the subdomain at that DNS host. Thank you.
