Email Delivery Schedule

Hello, I am a newbie and want to setup an simple email delivery. I want that all mails sent after 00:00 to be delivered at/after 09:00 in the morning. Can It be set for an email address (not cpanel user)? If yes, how ? Please guide me, i don't know where to start and google isn't returning my searches, or I don;t know how to search this. Thank you. I'm running Dovecot & Exim on latest release 58.0 (build 28)

  There is no tool for this in cPanel. I think you can do this sort of thing with Outlook and gmail though.

  I know this, but i'm wondering if somebody know how to do it, or just gave me a clue where to start looking. Or it's just an EXCHANGE feature ? Can it be done under linux ?
