Open port Fails

I guys. I was reading google and cfg forums and cp forums. I cannot get 24001 working on my tcp_in rules, this is because i need to set a service with this? A client need it opened for one service on one domain inside my server, i cannot do a open port 24001 and in firewall configuration as been added correctly. Kind regards.

  I suppose you are using CSF? .. check

  I have setup this, the problem its because they ask me to redirect port to domain, its possible?
