Unknown folder in /home/user/

Hello Recently, I've got "Deceptive site ahead" warning while visiting my website. I contacted the hosting provider and they removed malware files from my site. According to "Google Search Console", I found 2 folders "postepay" and "signin" as deceptive in my document root. These folders are unknown to me so I removed them. However I found "postepay" folder under /home/user/. Please see the image for reference. What should I do about it? Thanks.

  if you did not install it remove it and secure your software

  Sure, delete it. Also, check all the files from /public_html/, change your passwords, update your scripts.

  I've changed all passwords. Is there any easy way to scan malicious content in my /public_html/ as there are so many files in there ? Thanks for the help.
