I don't know how to install without using the WMH panel. Could I get guidance on how to install the Intl. When trying to install Magento it says the following Requirements: php-intl-version-minimum v1 (detected: OFF) 0 -

It seems you are still using Easyapache 3 on your server. In order to get Easyapache 4, you will need to upgrade your cPanel server. If it is also updated, then just execute below command: /scripts/migrate_ea3_to_ea4 --run How to Install or Uninstall EasyApache 4 on the Command Line - EasyApache 4 - cPanel Documentation Make sure to keep backups of httpd.conf and php.ini.0
