I don't know how to install without using the WMH panel. Could I get guidance on how to install the Intl. When trying to install Magento it says the following Requirements: php-intl-version-minimum v1 (detected: OFF)

Hello, Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can assist you with the installation. Thank you.

It seems you are still using Easyapache 3 on your server. In order to get Easyapache 4, you will need to upgrade your cPanel server. If it is also updated, then just execute below command: /scripts/migrate_ea3_to_ea4 --run How to Install or Uninstall EasyApache 4 on the Command Line - EasyApache 4 - cPanel Documentation Make sure to keep backups of httpd.conf and php.ini.
