As expected, no, I have not suspended any a/c why will I hamper my own business? When it starts, I receive emails to none of my accounts. Its like there is some kind of limit that I will receive only this many emails in a day or something. I have checked WHM settings but failed to find if there is any such limitations enabled.

Can anyone tell me why in every few days people start getting this error when they send email to me, even when I have not suspended any a/c from WHM or cPanel.

From where is the bounce mails being generated. Have you taken a look at the full email? It maybe getting generated from some forwarder setup for that account to which mails are being forwarded. You need to lookup the exim log to check for errors. You can also check out the Mail Delivery Reports option in WHM and search for the details by sender / recipient.

Authentication: forwarder That suggests that there is a forwarder / filter setup on the account. Have you checked for filters or forwarders?

Yes, I just did. All seems ok. There are no restrictions or limit.

Does that mean that there were no forwarders?

Hello, Are you using any third-party plugins that automatically suspend email accounts based on resource usage? If not, feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look to see why this is happening. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
